My hope is we introduce as many people as we can in our city and region to Jesus Christ during the month of December! On top of our regular services, we have two huge opportunities to invite our friends and family to gather with us.
The first one is NOT SO SILENT NIGHT! This is going to be a blast! The fun starts at 4p this Sunday. We are praying for a clear night so we can not only enjoy the awesome food and concert, but also sit outside and eat, watch the kids play fun games and bounce around on the inflatables, hang out with friends around a bonfire making s’mores, and light the Christmas tree. Pray it doesn’t rain. But if it does, we will have a great concert with Aaron Shust at 5:30p and we’ll enjoy cookies & cider in the lobby. Please invite your family and friends. This is a great way for us to show hospitality to our city and celebrate our savior with them.
The second opportunity to invite family & friends is our Christmas Eve services. We will have one at 3p in the Worship Center, one at 4p in the Chapel, and one at 7p at our Redeemer Campus. This service is a wonderful tradition that allows us to wind down from the hustle & bustle of the season, and it’s filled with singing, a brief encouraging message, and a celebration of lights. We will not be taking an offering this year, and the entire night will focus on God becoming flesh to rescue us in love. It will be a sweet, inspirational night for everyone.
Remember, on Christmas & New Year’s Eve our Sunday morning services will run on normal schedule in the Chapel and Worship Center. All preschool (including nursery), Kids, Students, Young Adults, and ABF classes are cancelled, and the 10/40 Café will also be closed. We hope you’ll make plans to join us and celebrate the holidays with us.
